Terms And Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of all services provided by Travelpaddy Limited Holidays & Packages Unit and other related services for its clients. All requests made to Travelpaddy Limited clients are subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
Please, read the following carefully to understand our terms and conditions for providing our different products and services.
These T&C should be read together with any other documents referred to on it.

1. Travelpaddy Limited acts as an agent on behalf of its clients in facilitating of Holiday packages and for all intent and purpose, shall include; a minimum of 2 of the following services flight tickets, accommodations, visa, Tours, ground logistics (Transfers), travel insurance policy and event tickets as may be package by Travelpaddy.com

2. Travelpaddy Limited shall not be held responsible for costs (directly or consequential) incurred due to any delay arising from time constraint visa application by clients, inaccurate/false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances outside Travelpaddy Limited’s control.

3. Travelpaddy Limited reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there is insufficient time to process the visa.

4. Travelpaddy Limited bears no responsibility for costs/outcome incurred by an applicant or any secondary applicants due to outcome of client’s visa application. These costs may include but are not limited to cost of flights, rent of accommodation, and loss of earnings or any other costs.

5. Travelpaddy Limited will not be held responsible should the Vendor or any other third party supplier change their fees, rules, regulations or processing requirements, if that change has a direct effect on the timeline for delivery. However, Travelpaddy Limited will use its considerable influence to minimize any delay or inconvenience caused in this respect.

6. Travelpaddy Limited is a private company and do not have authority to grant a visa of any kind. We cannot guarantee a positive result on a visa application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant organization responsible for issuing that result.

7. Travelpaddy Limited packages are non-refundable.

8. It is the client's responsibility to provide Travelpaddy Limited with all required information and documentation concerning the travel in view. However, Travelpaddy Limited may assist, when advertising a promo, in providing travel information subject to client’s request.

9. Travelpaddy Limited will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the provision of services to them. Travelpaddy Limited will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.

10. Travelpaddy Limited shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy which affect the eligibility of entry/exist of Clients at any stage of facilitating Clients travel.

12. Travelpaddy Limited shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical forms/vaccination cards to a client, should health examinations be required. Hence Travelpaddy Limited has no part in the process of carrying out these medicals or providing these medical results to the Immigration Authorities for further processing.

13. Travelpaddy Limited will not provide any service (including the lodgement of a visa application) until payment has been made to Travelpaddy Limited in full for that service.

14. Our prices may change without prior notice, as our prices are governed by exchange rates and changes currency fluctuations.

15. As soon as payment is received, the client is deemed to have engaged the service of Travelpaddy Limited. Once any item in the Package service has been initiated, amount paid cannot be refunded. Where visa is denied or any other item does not turn out as expected, no refund will be made.

16. If, after requesting for visa application with Travelpaddy Limited you wish to withdraw the visa application and that application has not been submitted to the Immigration Authorities, 10% of the amount paid shall be deducted as assessment and/or administration fees.

17. Travelpaddy Limited reserves the right not to provide any service without the client agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out here.

18. Travelpaddy Limited is entitled to include additional Terms & Conditions should the need arise. The request for lodgement of an application to Travelpaddy Limited by web, post, phone, email, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including amendments thereto, by the customer.

19. Travelpaddy Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by an embassy/consulate issuing an incorrect visa or incorrect details on a visa as this is out of our control.

2. Travelpaddy Limited shall not be held responsible for costs (directly or consequential) incurred due to any delay arising from incomplete visa application form, inaccurate/false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances outside Travelpaddy Limited’s control.

3. Travelpaddy Limited reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there is insufficient time to process the visa.

4. Travelpaddy Limited bears no responsibility for costs incurred by an applicant or any secondary applicants while waiting for a visa to be finalized by the immigration authorities. These costs may include but are not limited to cost of flights, rent of accommodation, and loss of earnings or any other costs.

5. Travelpaddy Limited will not be held responsible should the immigration authorities or any other third party change their rules, regulations or processing requirements if that change has a direct effect on the timeline for delivery. However, Travelpaddy Limited will use its best endeavors to minimize any delay or inconvenience caused in this respect.

6. Travelpaddy Limited is a private company and do not have authority to grant a visa of any kind. We cannot guarantee a positive result on a visa application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant organization responsible for issuing that result.

7. Travelpaddy Limited cannot influence any decision made by an immigration authority; any delay by an immigration authority in the issuing of a visa; or a decision to refuse to grant a visa.

8. It is the client's responsibility to provide Travelpaddy Limited with all required information and documentation concerning the application. However, Travelpaddy Limited may assist, where necessary, to provide documentation subject to clients request.

9. Travelpaddy Limited cannot lodge a visa application until it has complete documentation and any subsequent documentation requested by Travelpaddy Limited from the applicant.

10. Travelpaddy Limited will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the provision of services to them. Travelpaddy Limited will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.

11. Travelpaddy Limited shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy which affect the eligibility of a visa application at any stage while a visa application is being processed by the Immigration Authorities.

12. Travelpaddy Limited shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical forms/vaccination cards to a client, should health examinations be required.
